Societe Generale Expressbank's capital adequacy ratio reached 13.7% at the end of 2015, up from 13.6% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 15.6% in 2006 and an all time low of 11.5% in 2012.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 13.1% at the end of 2015, up from 12.8% compared to a year earlier.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 75.1% at the end of 2015, down from 87.1% when compared to the previous year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 84.7%.
When compared to bank's main peers, DSK Bank ended the year 2015 with a capital adequacy ratio at 17.3% and loans to deposits of 66.9%, United Bulgarian Bank with 28.2% and 82.4% respectively and Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria some 36.5% in terms of capital adequacy and 74.8% of loans to deposits at the end of 2015.
