Stavebni Sporitelna Ceske Sporitelny's capital adequacy ratio reached 17.8% at the end of fourth quarter of 2017, up from 16.0% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 17.9% in 2Q2017 and an all time low of 11.2% in 3Q2014.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 17.7% at the end of fourth quarter of 2017, up from 16.6% compared to the same period of last year and up from 15.9% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 56.5% at the end of 4Q2017, up from 50.6% when compared to the same period of last year.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceskomoravska Stavebni Sporitelna ended the fourth quarter of 2017 with a capital adequacy ratio at 20.5% and loans to deposits of 83.0%, Raiffeisen Stavebni Sporitelna with 16.0% and 68.0% respectively and Modra Pyramida Stavebni Sporitelna some 20.4% in terms of capital adequacy and 68.2% of loans to deposits at the end of the fourth quarter of 2017.
