Based on a comparison of 35 countries in 2014, Belarus ranked the highest in divorces per 1,000 people with 4.16 followed by Latvia and Lithuania. On the other end of the scale was Bosnia and Herzegovina with 0.385, Ireland with 0.634 and Serbia with 0.774.
