Tinkoff Group's non-performing loans reached 10.3% of total loans at the end of 2020, up from 9.08% compared to the previous year. Historically, the NPL ratio hit an all time high of 14.5% in 2014 and an all time low of 3.35% in 2013.
Provision coverage amounted to 153% at the end of 2020, down from 157% compared to a year earlier.
The bank created loan loss provisions worth of 11.1% of average loans in 2020. That's compared to 8.70% of loans the bank put aside to its cost on average in the last five years.
