Historically, total dependency ratio in Belarus reached an all time high of 64.2% in 1963 and an all time low of 41.3% in 2010. When compared to Belarus's main peers, total dependency ratio in Lithuania amounted to 46.0%, 49.1% in Poland, 44.4% in Russia and 45.5% in Ukraine in 2022.
