VTB Bank's retail loans reached RUB 3,829,200 mil at the end of 2020, up 14.3% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 21.7%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 32.9% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2020.
Mortgage loans rose 21.9% to RUB 1,776,000 mil in 2020 and accounted for 46.4% of the retail loan portfolio.
