Based on a comparison of 95 countries in 2017, Kazakhstan ranked the highest in costs of bank liabilities with 7.81% followed by Ghana and Ukraine. On the other end of the scale was Finland with 0.267%, Lithuania with 0.306% and Djibouti with 0.312%.
