Based on a comparison of 11 banks in Poland in 3Q2017, Santander Bank Polska was the most cost efficient bank, followed by mBank and PKO BP.

Santander Bank Polska's cost to income ratio reached 41.4% in 3Q2017, down from 42.4% when compared to the previous quarter and down from 44.8% when compared to the same period of last year.
