When compared to the nearest peers, Banca Commerciala Romana ended the year 2017 with loans to deposits at 63.8%, BRD Groupe Societe Generale with 67.0% and Raiffeisen Bank Romania some 74.6% of loans to deposits at the end of 2017.
Overall, total loans of the Romanian banking sector amounted to 76.8% of deposits at the end of 2017.
