Based on a comparison of 15 banks in Serbia in 2017, Bank Intesa Serbia had the most employees, followed by Komercijalna Banka Beograd and OTP Bank Serbia.

Bank Intesa Serbia employed 2,934 persons in 2017, down 3.23% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 3,200 persons in 2011 and an all time low of 2,028 in 2003.

Average cost reached RSD 161,944 per month per month per employee, 2.67% more than a year ago. This figure was RSD 76,209 per month some 10 years ago.
