Based on a comparison of 15 banks in Serbia in 2017, Addiko Bank Serbia was paying its employees the best, followed by Societe Generale Serbia and UniCredit Bank Serbia.

Addiko Bank Serbia employed 595 persons in 2017, down 6.89% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 872 persons in 2011 and an all time low of 595 in 2017.
