Historically, wheat production in the World reached an all time high of 772,305 kt in 2017 and an all time low of 222,357 kt in 1961. When compared to World's main peers, wheat production in China amounted to 136,946 kt, 21,459 kt in Germany, 1,097 kt in Japan and 44,790 kt in USA in 2021.
