Based on a comparison of 88 countries in 2014, Ukraine ranked the highest in income share held by lowest 10% with 4.48% followed by Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. On the other end of the scale was Haiti with 0.550%, Bolivia with 1.01% and Panama with 1.05%.
