Based on a comparison of 170 countries in 2015, Liberia ranked the highest in natural resources rents as a percentage of GDP with 46.4% followed by Kuwait and Dem. Republic of the Congo. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with < 0.001%, Singapore with < 0.001% and Macao with < 0.001%.
