Based on a comparison of 132 countries in 2019, Norway ranked the highest in net enrollment ratio in primary education with 99.9% followed by Canada and Iceland. On the other end of the scale was Liberia with 44.3%, Eritrea with 51.5% and Mali with 58.9%.
