Based on a comparison of 118 countries in 2018, Kazakhstan ranked the highest in net enrollment ratio in secondary education with 99.9% followed by Canada and Singapore. On the other end of the scale was Liberia with 10.4%, Central African Republic with 13.0% and Chad with 19.0%.
