Based on a comparison of 125 countries in 2016, Sweden ranked the highest in net enrollment ratio in secondary education with 99.7% followed by France and Belarus. On the other end of the scale was Central African Republic with 14.0%, Liberia with 16.7% and Niger with 17.2%.
