Based on a comparison of 146 countries in 2015, Uzbekistan ranked the highest in literacy rate among youth aged 15-24 years with 100% followed by Poland and Dem. People's Republic of Korea. On the other end of the scale was Niger with 26.6%, Central African Republic with 36.4% and South Sudan with 44.4%.
