Based on a comparison of 35 countries in 2014, Indonesia ranked the highest in smokers as a percentage of 15+ year-old male population with 71.8% followed by Latvia and China. On the other end of the scale was Sweden with 9.80%, Iceland with 10.7% and Norway with 14.0%.
