Based on a comparison of 177 countries in 2018, China ranked the highest in mobile cellular subscriptions with 1,470 mil followed by India and Indonesia. On the other end of the scale was Monaco with 0.033 mil, Liechtenstein with 0.046 mil and Cayman Islands with 0.097 mil.
