Based on a comparison of 139 countries in 2016, Central African Republic ranked the highest in pupil to teacher ratio in secondary education with 67.8 persons followed by Kenya and Malawi. On the other end of the scale was Cayman Islands with 6.19 persons, Kazakhstan with 6.79 persons and Ukraine with 6.97 persons.
