Based on a comparison of 123 countries in 2019, Madagascar ranked the highest in repeaters in pre-primary education as a percentage of total enrollment with 26.1% followed by Burundi and Mali. On the other end of the scale was Uzbekistan with 0.001%, South Korea with 0.004% and China with 0.008%.
