Based on a comparison of 83 countries in 2014, Kyrgyzstan ranked the highest in Labour Force with Secondary Education (As % of Total Workforce) with 73.9% followed by Philippines and Czech Republic. On the other end of the scale was Ukraine with 2.10%, Rwanda with 4.50% and Ethiopia with 4.50%.
