Based on a comparison of 113 countries in 2014, China ranked the highest in production of carrots and turnips with 16,286 tonnes followed by Russia and Uzbekistan. On the other end of the scale was Djibouti with 0.021 tonnes, Qatar with 0.084 tonnes and Zimbabwe with 0.160 tonnes.
