Based on a comparison of 119 countries in 2018, China ranked the highest in cucumber and gherkin production with 56,240 kt followed by Iran and Turkey. On the other end of the scale was Djibouti with 0.007 kt, Luxembourg with 0.014 kt and Niger with 0.073 kt.
