Which Country Produces the Most Cucumbers?

Based on a comparison of 120 countries in 2021, China ranked the highest in cucumber and gherkin production with 75,548 kt followed by Turkey and Russia. On the other end of the scale was Djibouti with 0.007 kt, Luxembourg with 0.010 kt and Ghana with 0.130 kt.
