Based on a comparison of 121 countries in 2012, China ranked the highest in electricity production from renewable sources with 803,473 GWh followed by USA and Brazil. On the other end of the scale was Benin with 1.00 GWh, Eritrea with 2.00 GWh and Hong Kong with 2.00 GWh.
