Based on a comparison of 35 countries in 2022, India ranked the highest in ginger production with 2,219,000 tonnes followed by Nigeria and China. On the other end of the scale was Pakistan with 3.00 tonnes, Belize with 78.0 tonnes and Ghana with 95.8 tonnes.
