Based on a comparison of 67 countries in 2018, China ranked the highest in grapefruit production with 4,965,768 tonnes followed by Vietnam and USA. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 16.0 tonnes, Cameroon with 114 tonnes and Portugal with 239 tonnes.
