Based on a comparison of 42 countries in 2021, Indonesia ranked the highest in palm kernel production with 10,520 kt followed by Malaysia and Thailand. On the other end of the scale was Suriname with 0.024 kt, Central African Republic with 0.341 kt and Gabon with 0.800 kt.
