Based on a comparison of 36 countries in 2022, Turkey ranked the highest in quince production with 197,503 tonnes followed by China and Uzbekistan. On the other end of the scale was Jordan with 41.9 tonnes, Egypt with 46.3 tonnes and Japan with 116 tonnes.
