Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2018, Kazakhstan ranked the highest in safflower seed production with 214,149 tonnes followed by USA and Mexico. On the other end of the scale was Israel with 3.00 tonnes, Hungary with 7.00 tonnes and Pakistan with 13.0 tonnes.
