Based on a comparison of 93 countries in 2019, China ranked the highest in sweet potato production with 51,794 kt followed by Malawi and Nigeria. On the other end of the scale was Maldives with 0.002 kt, Bhutan with 0.048 kt and Belize with 0.086 kt.
