Based on a comparison of 92 countries in 2018, China ranked the highest in sweet potato production with 53,009 kt followed by Malawi and Nigeria. On the other end of the scale was Maldives with 0.004 kt, Bhutan with 0.053 kt and Belize with 0.150 kt.
