Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2014, Estonia ranked the highest in deaths by leukemia per 100,000 people with 495 followed by Luxembourg and Latvia. On the other end of the scale was Japan with 0.146, USA with 0.162 and Pakistan with 0.170.
