Based on a comparison of 36 countries in 2014, Japan ranked the highest in deaths by cancer of pancreas per 100,000 people with 23.5 followed by Hungary and Germany. On the other end of the scale was South Africa with 2.34, Mexico with 3.02 and Turkey with 4.78.
