Based on a comparison of 90 countries in 2014, Bosnia and Herzegovina ranked the highest in Long-Term Unemployed (As % of Total Unemployed) with 90.3% followed by Egypt and Macedonia. On the other end of the scale was South Korea with 0.325%, Uruguay with 0.500% and Mexico with 1.20%.
