Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2014, Iceland ranked the highest in overweight population as self-reported as a percentage of total population with 41.1% followed by Slovenia and Germany. On the other end of the scale was South Korea with 21.7%, Estonia with 29.9% and France with 29.9%.
