Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2015, Iceland ranked the highest in Duration of Working Life (Females) with 44.7 years followed by Switzerland and Sweden. On the other end of the scale was Turkey with 17.2 years, Macedonia with 25.1 years and Italy with 25.7 years.
