Based on a comparison of 172 countries in 2023, Kuwait ranked the highest in government revenue as a share of GDP with 58.1% followed by France and Norway. On the other end of the scale was Yemen with 3.49%, Somalia with 3.53% and Nigeria with 6.20%.
