Based on a comparison of 121 countries in 2021, Hong Kong ranked the highest in population in cities of more than 1 million as a share of population with 100% followed by Singapore and Puerto Rico. On the other end of the scale was Ethiopia with 4.16%, Poland with 4.74% and Nepal with 4.90%.
