Based on a comparison of 10 banks among CEE Savings Banks in 2017, Sberbank had the most branches, followed by Erste Group Bank and OTP Group.

Sberbank operated a network of 16,342 branches at the end of 2017. That's compared to 19,499 branches some 10 years ago.

Comparing Sberbank with its closest peers, Erste Group Bank operated a network of 2,565 branches in 2017, OTP Group had 1,488 branches and PKO BP had a network of 1,194 branches in 2017.
