Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2015, Turkey ranked the highest in alternative fuel passenger cars as a percentage of total cars with 40.8% followed by Poland and Lithuania. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 0.005%, Spain with 0.059% and Romania with 0.136%.
