Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 2017, Croatia ranked the highest in diesel-fuelled as a share of new cars sold with 77.2% followed by Lithuania and Ireland. On the other end of the scale was Netherlands with 17.5%, Norway with 23.1% and Estonia with 27.8%.
