Based on a comparison of 19 banks among Indonesian Financials in 2018, Adira Dinamika Multi Finance was paying its employees the best, followed by Bank Central Asia and Bank Mandiri.

Adira Dinamika Multi Finance employed 13,397 persons in 2018, down 0.542% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 16,708 persons in 2014 and an all time low of 13,397 in 2018.
