Based on a comparison of 10 banks among UniCredit New Europe in 2017, UniCredit Bank Slovenia was paying its employees the best, followed by UniCredit Bank Czecho-Slovakia and UniCredit Bank Hungary.

UniCredit Bank Slovenia employed 568 persons in 2017, up 1.25% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 601 persons in 2012 and an all time low of 391 in 2005.
