Based on a comparison of 25 countries in 2012, Latvia ranked the highest in smokers as a share of of 15+ year-old population with 33.7% followed by France and Belarus. On the other end of the scale was Sweden with 13.1%, Iceland with 13.8% and USA with 14.8%.
