Based on a comparison of 33 countries in 2014, USA ranked the highest in number of aids cases per 1 mil people inhabitants with 88.2 followed by Chile and Mexico. On the other end of the scale was Slovakia with 1.11, Turkey with 1.25 and New Zealand with 1.55.
