Based on a comparison of 165 countries in 2021, Iceland ranked the highest in fish consumption per capita with 87.7 kg followed by Maldives and Portugal. On the other end of the scale was Afghanistan with 0.350 kg, Ethiopia with 0.520 kg and Tajikistan with 0.640 kg.
