Wustenrot Hypotecni banka's capital adequacy ratio reached 14.8% at the end of fourth quarter of 2017, down from 15.1% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 16.1% in 2Q2016 and an all time low of 9.63% in 4Q2010.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 14.8% at the end of fourth quarter of 2017, down from 15.5% compared to the same period of last year and down from 15.1% when compared to the the previous quarter.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 192% at the end of 4Q2017, up from 176% when compared to the same period of last year.

When compared to bank's main peers, Hypotecni Banka ended the fourth quarter of 2017 with a capital adequacy ratio at 37.3% and loans to deposits of 114%, Ceska Sporitelna with 18.7% and 72.3% respectively and Komercni Banka some 18.6% in terms of capital adequacy and 78.5% of loans to deposits at the end of the fourth quarter of 2017.
