This Annual statistical dossier offers a summary of Bank of India's performance between 2002 and 2018 on an annual basis. The report can be downloaded as an excel file.

State Bank of India's customer deposits reached INR 29,256 bil, up from INR 27,019 bil, compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of INR 29,256 bil in 2018 and an all time low of INR 3,361 bil in 2001.

Comparing State Bank of India with its closest peers, HDFC Bank's deposits amounted to INR 9,131 bil at the end of 2018, Punjab National Bank operated with INR 6,819 bil of customer deposits and Bank of Baroda had clients' deposits of INR 6,656 bil at the end of 2018.

Kotak Mahindra Bank's capital adequacy ratio reached 17.9%, down from 18.4% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 29.0% in 2001 and an all time low of 11.3% in 2005.

Comparing Kotak Mahindra Bank with its closest peers, HDFC Bank ended the year 2018 with a capital adequacy ratio at 17.1%, Yes Bank with 16.5% and ICICI Bank some 16.5% at the end of 2018.

Based on a comparison of 26 banks in India in 2018, Central Bank of India operated with the lowest loan to deposit ratio, followed by UCO Bank and Bank of Maharashtra.

Central Bank of India's loan to deposit ratio reached 49.1% at the end of 2018, down from 53.3% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s loans to deposits hit an all time high of 76.2% in 2012 and an all time low of 43.1% in 2003.

Comparing Central Bank of India with its closest peers, UCO Bank ended the year 2018 with loans to deposits at 50.2%, Bank of Maharashtra with 58.8% and Dhanlaxmi Bank some 59.3% of loans to deposits at the end of 2018.

Based on a comparison of 24 banks in India in 2018, UCO Bank had the highest share of bad loans, followed by IDBI Bank and Indian Overseas Bank.

UCO Bank's non-performing loans reached 30.1% of total loans at the end of 2018, up from 24.9% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the NPL ratio hit an all time high of 30.1% in 2018 and an all time low of 1.66% in 2010.

Provision coverage amounted to 27.5% at the end of 2018, down from 28.0% compared to a year earlier.

Comparing UCO Bank with its closest peers, IDBI Bank operated at the end of 2018 with NPL ratio of 27.5% and provision coverage of 70.3%, Indian Overseas Bank with 22.1% and 55.8% and Central Bank of India had 19.3% of bad loans covered with 61.6% by provisions at the end of 2018.
