State Bank of India's customer deposits reached INR 29,256 bil, up from INR 27,019 bil, compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of INR 29,256 bil in 2018 and an all time low of INR 3,361 bil in 2001.
Comparing State Bank of India with its closest peers, HDFC Bank's deposits amounted to INR 9,131 bil at the end of 2018, Punjab National Bank operated with INR 6,819 bil of customer deposits and Bank of Baroda had clients' deposits of INR 6,656 bil at the end of 2018.

UCO Bank's non-performing loans reached 30.1% of total loans at the end of 2018, up from 24.9% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the NPL ratio hit an all time high of 30.1% in 2018 and an all time low of 1.66% in 2010.
Provision coverage amounted to 27.5% at the end of 2018, down from 28.0% compared to a year earlier.
Comparing UCO Bank with its closest peers, IDBI Bank operated at the end of 2018 with NPL ratio of 27.5% and provision coverage of 70.3%, Indian Overseas Bank with 22.1% and 55.8% and Central Bank of India had 19.3% of bad loans covered with 61.6% by provisions at the end of 2018.
