Profi Credit Czech's non-performing loans reached 72.2% of total loans at the end of 2018, up from 71.3% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the NPL ratio hit an all time high of 73.2% in 2016 and an all time low of 32.7% in 2007.

Provision coverage amounted to 36.0% at the end of 2018, down from 40.2% compared to a year earlier.

Comparing Profi Credit Czech with its closest peers, Provident Financial Czech Republic operated at the end of 2018 with NPL ratio of 36.0% and provision coverage of 96.3%, Cofidis Czech Republic with 27.2% and 102% and Hello Bank! had 14.9% of bad loans covered with 80.1% by provisions at the end of 2018.
