The Bank is effectively a 100% subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI), which is one of the biggest players in the emerging Europe. The bank now operates in 17 different countries, employes about 60,000 people and services approximatelly 14.4 million customers through more than 3,100 branches.
